We’re excited to announce Episode 13 of the PHA4GE Genomic Horizons Webinar Series, hosted by the PipeViz Phylogenetics Sub-Working Group, featuring a talk by Dr. Zoe A. Dyson, Assistant Professor at LSHTM!

PHA4GE has launched a Phylogenetics Sub-Working Group focused on developing a Phylogenetics for Public Health Guidance Document. To kick things off, Dr. Dyson will be leading an introductory session on: Introduction to Public Health Phylogenetics Using Case Studies.

This session is a great opportunity to learn about the role of phylogenetics in public health and engage with the ongoing work of the Phylogenetics Sub-Working Group. We hope you’ll join us to get involved and help shape this important initiative!

Wastewater Contextual Data Specification
